We are looking for a Head of Internal Audit to lead and oversee our internal audit function, ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance within the organization.
Job Description:
Review and ensure the development and implementation of strategic and annual audit work plans and budget for the Audit Unit
Oversee the execution of performance, compliance, operational and financial audits in accordance with acceptable standards
Appraisal and report on the soundness and application of the system of controls operating in the organization
Oversee the evaluation of the effectiveness of the risk management and governance process and contribute to the improvement of the risk management and governance process
Provide assurance on the efficiency, effectiveness and economy in the administration of programs and operations of the organization
Evaluate compliance of the organization with enactments, policies, standards , systems and procedures and recommend corrective actions
Undertake special investigation at the request of Management and the Board
Review and submit reports (Annual Audit report and quarterly report on the execution of annual audit work plan)
Monitor the implementation of recommendations made in audit reports
Ensure training, mentoring and development of the audit team and liaise with HR towards the development of a succession plan for the department
Requirements:
A master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Audit
Full professional accounting qualification (CIA, ACCA or equivalent)
Minimum of 7 years relevant experience, of which at least 3 must have been at a managerial level
Experience in Big 4 audit company
Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with an ability to network and interact at all levels
Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English

In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building.
Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week from 09:00 till 18:00).

We are seeking to hire a detail-oriented and analytical thinking Senior Financial Accountant with advanced expertise in financial analysis reporting, reporting and forecasting, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluating financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
Job Description:
Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed (variance analysis, cost analysis etc)
Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
Analyse financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Monitor expenditures, analyse revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
Provide guidance to Accountants when needed.
Participate in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
Monitoring the recording of financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
Participation in ERP system implementation.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.
Take active role in preparation of Financial Reports such as Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement, P&L and any other management reports.
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA is advantage)
Certification of ACCA (minimum F7 or DipIFR), CFA, CIMA is big advantage
Min. 5 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting, 2 years in senior position (Work experience in big 4 audit companies is an advantage).
Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
Working experience with accounting or ERP software.
Good knowledge of English language.
Team player.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking to hire a determined, hard-working and analytical thinking Senior Auditor with advanced expertise in auditing processes, risk assessment, and control designing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluating financial statements and operations, identifying discrepancies, and providing actionable insights to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards, supporting effective decision-making and organizational integrity.
The main responsibilities:
Assist in the development of annual audit work plans and ensure alignment with audit standards and company objectives.
Lead and oversee the planning and execution of financial, operational, and compliance audits while adhering to audit methodologies and industry best practices.
Perform detailed testing of key controls, identify possible issues, be alert to fraud risks, ensure the accuracy of audit findings and do timely and proper documentation of these findings.
Prepare audit reports, including findings and recommendations, and present to audit managers for review.
Evaluate the organization’s risk management and governance processes and contribute suggestions for improvement.
Conduct follow-up on audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective remediation.
Provide guidance and coaching to junior auditors and assist in their professional development.
Assist in special investigations and ad-hoc audit requests from management or the board.
Review the work of junior staff, ensuring that audit conclusions are well-supported by evidence.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit-related field. (Master’s degree/MBA is advantage)
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA: min F7 or Dip.IFR, partial or full CIA, CIMA is a big advantage).
Experience, Skills & Competency Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant audit experience, 2 years in senior position.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate internal controls and provide recommendations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office programs and particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
Ability to mentor and supervise junior staff members.
Good knowledge of English language.
Team player.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
